David Cross

David has been hosting some good ole fashion cross practice down by the river over the past few weeks and between Moab and traveling I haven't been able to make it. However, I cruised on down last night and whipped out a few laps. Unfortunately, I messed the video up and only recorded when I thought I wasn't recording and didn't record when I wanted to. So.....all the footage I have is from our warm-up lap where David showed me the course. Still, does your cross course have a tree run through?  Didn't think so. Check out ~1:15.
