Hard to explain...but every winter I see gains and declare victory and every summer I think...damn I'm stronger than I was last winter!

Strength isn't measured on how you ride...it's measured in what how you eat. Think about it.

So, is roughly 4K calories/day considered strong? :) Cuz if so, I'm there!

When my appetite is strongest I'm at my strongest. 4k a day...hell yeah!

at 155 lbs i can easily go beyond 4k calories a day. closer to 5k.

but then again if i don't big i get sick or don't recover.
