Today I got in a good weight workout and was then planning on hitting up the rollers, but the boxing cub was hogging my riding area so I skipped it. I was only planning on an easy 30 min after lifting to spin the legs out, so I didn't miss much. Instead I came home and whipped up some good stir fry to satisfy the lion in my stomach.


I am planning on some longer workouts over this next week to get in some long hours before I head of to Utah. I'll be one of the guides on the trip and don't anticipate being able to get in good hours. Either way it'll be better than riding the trainer for so many hours each week!
