Friday!!
Today I got in a good weight workout and was then planning on hitting up the rollers, but the boxing cub was hogging my riding area so I skipped it. I was only planning on an easy 30 min after lifting to spin the legs out, so I didn't miss much. Instead I came home and whipped up some good stir fry to satisfy the lion in my stomach.
I am planning on some longer workouts over this next week to get in some long hours before I head of to
