Muscle Memory
It's a bit strange and unfamiliar riding trails for the first time in the spring. All the rocks, roots, bumps, and drops seem bigger and rougher. However after a few hours they seem to shrink to how the mind remembers them and your muscle memory takes over. Tis a good feeling!
~5 hours out with the brother on a Thrusday afternoon equals some serious fun. Guess we'll just have to do it all over again today.

love that first pic, where was it taken?
That is some good looking trail - all ridable from FtC?
First pic is in Lory State Park - yup - less than a mile of road between my door and all of that.
2nd the question....where around Lory is that trail? I need to lay rubber to it!
The connector trail that runs from the boat ramp into the park.
