Christmas Cruisin'

X-mas temps of around 50 can mean only one thing......time to ride. Lucky in my family, riding isn't a distraction or an excuse to get away, it's just something ya do. Myself, Stephen, and Dave headed down south to the land of Boulder and got in a nice chill 5 hours worth on the roads west of town.

Heading outta town....and up.

Going up, and up, and up

Stephen shows us why he is so fast - ninja tuck while climbing. That shaved a good 0.00001 sec off the 2 hour climb.

Hot coca and coffee at Gold Hill

Energy bars are crap when you have Coffee Mocha Truffles.

Mr. Sherpa came along too.

After Gold Hill the winds picked up, snow was chasing us down, and the sun went bye bye.

But for the most part, we were warm.

Besides, it's all downhill from here.

Any good ride should end after dark....and this one did.
That's my kinda Christmas.
