Short Cut?

Temps today hit the low 50's and apart from the wind gusts it was a nice day to be out pedaling around behind the house. Since last summer, I've had an idea for a short cut that would eliminate the ~1.5 miles of road that I need to ride to get into some nice trails once over the big rocky hill directly behind the house. So, I tested it out.  Needless to say, it is "possible" to get from point A to point B, but it involves some hiking, some scrambling, and some minor traversing a bit off the deck with a bike in one hand. Would I take it again? Heck yeah!
