I am completely thrashed today from lack of sleep. My senior design presentation and project are both due at the end of this week, and my group and I have been putting in lots of hours trying to finish up our prototype and get everything working correctly. I managed to get out for a good hour of tempo work last night after dark. Riding with the lights again was nice and relaxing. I am taking today off as I usually do, but I'm afraid I won't be getting in the hours I want this week. My first real race is in about 3.5 weeks so I need to be hitting it rather hard, but the body can only be awake for so many hours each day. Who knows, maybe the lack of sleep is good training for eudurance racing in the end, but it sucks when all you want to do is crawl into bed and relax. Ah well, I'd better get back to work. Peace Out

The lack of sleep is good training . . . until you get sick. Then it sucks.

Cory and I are doing a 2 hour road ride tomorrow (Wednesday) if you are interested. Check my blog for details.
