Today I took off at about 9:00 for a gravel ride. The temp was about 30 degrees or so with a wind chill of around 20 degrees. I had on every piece of cold weather gear I had. I headed north along the river and did speed work for about two hours. I felt real smooth and solid the whole ride. I finished in just over two hours and about 27 miles. The wind on the way north kicked my butt, however it was great to turn around and fly home. I only got cold the last 30 min or so and only had one pissed off dog come after me...half a mile of sprinting later I lost it, but I'm sure it is sitting there waiting for me to come by again tomorrow!!
